Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was marvellous and absolutely perfect and next to different areas of the restaurant, all bars and the beach, restaurants and shops. The room was modern and brand-new with good bed, window looking into bedroom as expected. I would recommend the place.

Everything was great, I would recommend. The stay here was very nice of his holiday. An electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel TV in immaculately clean rooms were awesome. The view over the mountains it had was great! The setting was marvellous and unbeatable, close to an amazingly beautiful church, a forest park, and Majorca.

The staff welcomed us warmly, our experience was nice and special. Our room was perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

In my wife's opinion, the buffet selection could use a bit more variety for families with kids.

Family with children must check this out!

The facilities of the hotel are generally very good, especially the outdoor pool, where we spent hours lounging with the kids. Even got a surprise birthday cake and drinks in the room for my son, which totally made our day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it nonetheless.

The junior suite with a pool view was amazing, and we loved sipping cocktails at the rooftop bar while watching the sunset. The spa had a relaxing jacuzzi and an awesome outdoor swimming pool. One downside was the limited towel service, but overall, we had a blast and would recommend it 😊

Inadequate soundproofing in the hotel, with slamming doors and noise from nearby parties often disrupting sleep. The tap water isn't drinkable, and you quickly find that a single complimentary bottle for your stay feels stingy at such a high price point. The gym equipment is limited, lacking a diverse range of weights and machines, disappointing for those looking to maintain a workout routine.

The hotel offers a modern vibe and a fantastic buffet breakfast, but there's room for improvement. The area outside was rowdy, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The extra charges for safe use seemed unusual for a place of this caliber.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend in Playa de Palma with a good price-quality ratio. The junior suite with a sea view had fantastic views, made morning coffee a real treat. Make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor for the best sunsets.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved the shows and live music at Heaven Rooftop Bar, especially the sunset views. The staff was friendly, and the place was super clean. Just a heads up, make sure to book the restaurants in advance to avoid wait times!

We had an issue with the coffee in our room. Only three capsules were provided for our entire stay. Would've liked more convenience for early mornings.

Amazing pool and relaxing atmosphere, but Wi-Fi was spotty .
